Can eczima disease affect HIV antibody test window period? I've heard that eczima is an autoimmune disease.... Still could it anyway affect HIV test?

I had unprotected anal sex... But I took an Antibodytest (2nd gen) at 25 weeks post exposure and it was nonreactive
