Hiv anxiety, protected sex, has symptoms

I had a protected sex with another guy. I took the insertive role. He also fellatioed me, and so did i, but he didnt ejaculate to be specific. Im afraid that i might have contracted hiv. Its been 6 weeks after that encounter. Im feeling a sore beside my neck, i suspected it of being a swollen lymph node, but i hadnt seen nor felt a lump. One of the tip of my toenails also discolored, it became greenish yellowish. Im having a red mark on my chest, but its not definitely i rash. What are the chances that i have contracted the disease. The anxiety is killing me.

You do not have HIV as you did not risk HIV.  ONLY risks are unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetrating) or sharing of IV drug needles.  Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV and you never had a risk.  You can see a dermatologist for a rash or discolored toe nail but they have nothing to do with hiv.

You had protected sex so that is no risk. You can't get HIV from oral either.
You are so safe you don't need to test, so relax and move on from HIV fears. Likely your symptoms are in your head since you don't have any medical training to diagnose what your lymph is supposed to feel like.
I am bit relieved but how can you explain the rash though? I dont know if it is actually a rash but, when i scratch my neck and chest it leaves a red mark, it doesnt go away easily. Im still anxious :(
Many people like you who don't have HIV have sex then get a rash from something unrelated.
Is there a possibility that it is syphillis or other stds?
