Hiv combo test after 8 months

hello ,  i have proplom there i had sex with a prostitute

and i was scare because i was not wear a condom

so i waited 45 or 47 days and i did this test  

HIV P24 Ag And Abs (HIV Combo)

and i did the combo test with hepatitis B and C after 4 Months and 3 weeks and it was negative

and also i did combo test again after 8 months and it was negative

and now im scare because some people told me you need to wait for 1 year or more

so please tell me if my result is conclusive for HIV and Hepatitis B,C ?

I don't know the hep window period but as for HIV you tested conclusively negative.
