Hiv conclusive tests

I had a risk exposure, unprotected vaginal sex with a woman of unknown status. After that I took two rapid test.
Alere Determine, 3rd generation, Just for antibodies
At 42 and 90 days after the exposure. Both were Non reactive.
I also dont have any kind of symthomphs all this time
My tests are conclusive? Or do I have to take more?
I live in South América, and in the hospital they told me I have to come back in 6 months. That made me really worried

Any test is conclusive after 90 days so you are safe. Stop worrying and don't waste our time going
back to them.

That should have read.     Stop worrying and don't waste your time going back to them.
I am worried about being one of those rare cases of late seroconversion. Anyone knows about a negative 3 months turning positive at 6 months?
I asked many doctors here and they said they never have seen anything like that
Do you know about a case like this?
Late seroconversion is an old myth, long ago disproven. Move on, stop googling because it's a waste of time, and enjoy your life instead.
