Penile psoriasis and receiving oral sex

Hi. I have a concern and not sure if i am at risk of hiv transmission through oral sex. I receive oral sex from a massage worker for around 10 mins and ejaculated outside her mouth. One thing to mention that i have 2 months old penile psoriasis on the head of my penis. Can some expert assess my risk? I am really worried.

Hi Everyone.
Just few questions to understand things better.
As mentioned above about the incident. After few weeks of incident I am expericing some white coating and cuts on my tongue and which is there till now. Can any body experienced enough advise me on that and if that is likely the symptom of HIV.
Another question. Some people for the reference say that there are few studies where coupes one negative & one positive tracked for years and all of them used protection for anal & vaginal sex but no protections for any kind of oral sex and no one was found infected. do those studies relevant to real world as people participating must be on treatment and have low or undetectable viral load. Pls advise if someone knows anything.

That first line in the second paragraph should more appropriately read that a "very, VERY small number of individuals MAY have contracted HIV from giving oral sex."  I don't think there are any cases where that's been confirmed.

NO one who is actually an "expert" will advise you that you had any risk from receiving oral sex.  I don't know why people would say that if they do - you might wish to ask them.

A very, VERY small number of individuals have contracted HIV from giving oral sex.  Those were extremely rare cases with a set of circumstances unlikely to be encountered.  Your odds of contracting HIV from giving oral sex are about the same as your odds of being trampled by a herd of elephants.  You should probably give it the same amount of concern.  Your odds of contracting HIV from receiving oral sex are, as I mentioned, zero.

Dear curfewx.  I am not expert but i just want to ask something since you seem expert. Y many other sites and experts have different opinion on oral sex?  In this sea of info it difficult to pick what is right or what is false.  I read there are cases reported where infection happened via oral sex. May i pls request you to help me to understand this?

Since you had no risk, there is absolutely no reason to test.  Testing would be a waste of time and a waste of a perfectly good test.

You were correctly advised - no risk.  No details you add will increase your risk from zero.  No one has ever contracted HIV by receiving a blow job.  Ever.

Dear. Thanks a lot. Yes lately i am really worried as i never had unprotected or protected anal or vaginal sex. But this thing is really making me worried. By the way do u really think if penile fungus or psoriasis on the tip of penis is really a game changer in the risk assessment? Have you ever heard of any cases like that? Lately i spot some rashes on my arms which are red and some small white marks on my hand and pubic area? Any idea if u can pls help?
