Hiv from genital rubbing after fingering for woman?

I was with my boyfriend, and trough foreplay he fingered me, and I think he scratched me with his fingernails, after that he rubbed his penis, first half aroused, then full, against my vagina, so I was exposed to precum. I know that naked rubbing is considered no risk situation, but inner part of my vagina, mucos tissue was at one moment slightly beading. Afterward we had protected sex. Is it a risk rubbing precum on vagina with regarding on this situation?

NO.  To transmit, sexually, HIV requires penetration - an unprotected penis inside a vagina or anus.  No one has ever been infected via external rubbing, even with fluids.
