HIV, Hep B through recieved Oral

I recieved brief oral sex in a gay sauna (maybe 30 seconds)  - he was giving oral to some one before me but I am 100% sure the other man did not come in his mouth - however of course there might have been traces of pre cum from the other man in his mouth. Do I assume recieving oral in this circumtance  is the same as if there was no possibility of precum in his mouth? This was nearly a year ago, I have had no genital symptoms but am slightly concerned about HIV and Hep B.

This situation is not a risk, you will not get HIV in this manner even with all the extra details you have provided.
