Hiv or something else? Test results conclusive or not?

So I had unprotected sex with a CSW 73 days ago. After that day I had groing pain testicale pain and frequent urination. But no discharge. After 13 days I started to have sore throat, fatigue, diarrhea, weak leg muscles, numbness on legs and hands, oral thrush. Like I had almost everything. I took a 3rd gen hiv test after 16 days and urine test. Everything was okay. After 29 days I took another 3rd gen test it was still negative. I also tested for syphilis and Hep B and C they were negative too. After 55 days I took a 4th gen hiv test. And it was negative. My Hep c and Hep b result was negaive too. Also my blood was normal too. Right now almost all of my sympost are gone. I only have a bit stomach problams and sometimes slight sore throat. But 4 days ago I started to have some problems with breathing. I know its scary. I feel a preassure on my chest and I cant breath very deeply. And when I breath very deep sometimes I  feel a slight pain on my lower back. So could it be happing because of HIV. Is my test conclusive after 55 days with 4th gen. Im going to doctor 3 days later for checking my chest and breathing.

Most of your symptoms are so minor they might just be in your imagination - occasional sore throat? - could be from anything.
If you really have pressing on your chest you should see a doctor instead of trying to associate it with the first disease that came into your mind that you won't let leave, hiv, which you don't even have.

Thank you for the response. So I rule out the hiv now. I will get checked out 3 days later. I hope Im okay. It could be happening because of my anxiety.
hiv doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to them and you shouldn't either. The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv symptoms cold turkey, then stop observing your body cold turkey since both are a waste of time. If the symptoms disappear after that, they were just anxiety.
But If they dont go could it be just a viral virus? I know its not hiv with your informations.
Your questions are endless considering this is an hiv forum and you don't have hiv.
See doc if you can't stop worrying about all kinds of other diseases so he can evaluate your situation.
Stated alternatively, we are only supposed to discuss hiv prevention here, and I only discussed your symptoms wrt the fact that they are useless in diagnosing hiv, - I was hoping you would relax or seek a medical diagnosis for anything else.

The 4th generation test you took at 55 days post-exposure is conclusive.  You can rule out HIV.

Hope you get to the bottom of your health issues soon.

Thank you for your response. I also took a urine test at day 16. My urine was clear. Can I rule out other stds like gonorrhea, chlamydia too?
You have to ask std questions on the std forum, but if you got negative test results then you don't have whatever they tested you for.
Thank you for your answer. Sorry for asking again because Im really worried. So I can rule out HIV %100 right? Because I had lots of symptoms from day 13/14 to this day. So could my tests be false negative?
I already stated that you can rule out HIV.  Asking again will not result in a different answer.
Thank you for the response. Sorry for asking again.
