HIV through oral

Hello guys thanks for all the answers on this group,
Let me start by saying that about 2 weeks ago I gave oral to this guy as a hookup it was so stupid I know never doing that again. i made sure my gums were healthy and that i didn't have any cuts etc. Also before meeting I used mouth wash to see if maybe i had a cut but I did shave my upper lip a bit. I cant remember if I cut myself with the razor but it did burn a bit from shaving; when i was giving oral i kept licking my upper lips what are my chances of contracting HIV like the guy did pre cum a bit but i kept cleaning his penis from the pre cum. 2 weeks later i feel a bit sick, have mild pain and discomfort between my nose and upper throat and noticed that I have red spots in the roof of my mouth, cough just a little not like when you get super sick just a bit itchy here and there and just a bit out of breath. My question is could all this be related when i gave oral to this guy or am i over reacting.

You had no risk so testing would be a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV. No one got HIV from the situation you encountered in 40 years and likely no one will in the next 40 of your life, so there in no more likelihood of HIV transmission happening than of you getting hit by a meteor as you read this.
Everyone gets colds because people cough on us.
