Hiv results

I took an Icare blood rapid hiv 1/2 test at 8 weeks and tested negative. If I test again at 11 weeks with the same test and if it comes out negative would this be conclusive or do I have to test again at 12 weeks? I'm not to familiar with this Icare test and its accuracy.

The website states 99.8% accuracy, which is as accurate as any test on the market for any disease.  I have already posted my opinion on the likelihood that it will change.  Kindly read my first response.

Looks like that's an antibody-only test, which is 3rd generation, but hard to tell.  Your 8-week result is unlikely to change.  The recommended time to consider a result conclusive with a 3rd generation test is 90 days.  It is up to you whether you consider 11 weeks to be good enough or not.

In your professional opinion how accurate are 3rd generation test? If I test negative at 11 weeks what is the likelihood it would change at 90 days?
