Hiv risk of a single encounter with a CSW in Abu Dhabi

2 weeks ago i had an encounter with a CSW in Abu Dhabi were we went to my hotel room for the night and had what i remember as protected sex with a condom, although i dont remember every detail of the night i do know a condom was used, how properly it was used, id like to think it was used perfectly!! The next morning i found the condom on the floor and threw it in the toilet although a little blood was noticed on the outside of it!! Not sure if it was lipstick though!! Im married and am worried about possible HIV transmission!! Any reassuring words??? Thanks for the help in advance and keep up the great work!!!

You used a condom, so you were not at risk for HIV.   If the condom had broken, you would have known as condoms break wide open.  Forget about mythical "pinholes" - that's not how HIV is transmitted.

Risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

That's it.  Nothing else you can think of is a risk.
