Hiv risk situation

Hello everyone,
Could someone help me with my risk?
I had unprotected vaginal sex with an unknown girl I had just met.
Three to four weeks I now have a sort of flu like illness with sore muscles, sore throat, headache and enlarged lymph nodes in groin, neck and underarms. (No fever or rash) could it be ARS?
When should I get tested? Or is it warranted?
