One brief exposer . Am i HiV positive?

Hi. I was with a SW in myanmar. While in the act suddenly she pushed me away and realised condom was broken. She then gave me a hand job. It was pretty rough my penis was bit aching. However i started feeling mind tingling feel in the penis. Excatly after 10 days i noticed my penis is leaking urine in the sleep. I had fever with chill  too. Met a doc and he gave me doxy for 10 days and i tested negative for gonorria and siphylis. I have finished doxycycline dose. Its 21 days after exposer now. I still feel feverish but temp doest go beyond 98. Sever weakness persisting, just feel like laying on bed all time. No lymph swelling, no headache or sore throat. Going through a hell. Help me please.

1 Continue to see the doc since no one can diagnose from here. You can take a duo  test after 28 days for a conclusive result or wait 12 weeks if you use any other test.
2 It is a waste of your time studying your body for hiv clues, because only a test can prove anything, so nothing is pointing to you having hiv. Try to relax until you test.
3 Likely she is negative, otherwise why would she pay for condoms? She buys condoms to protect herself from clients, so I wouldn't worry until you do your test.

Thanks a lot. God bless you.
If it was me in your situation, I would just focus on 3 and not even worry while waiting.
At 28 days after exposer Done both PCR for hiv 1and CMIA combo( HIV 1 and 2 )and got both non reactive.  CMIA result is 0.17. But my platelet count reduced to 134 from 259 in 10 days. Can i be conclusive on HIV from now on? Please answer.
You don't have any medical training, so ask the lab or your doc to interpret your results. Reread 1.
