Hiv survival outside host

CDC SAYS
once hiv outside it dies and additionally it cant reproduce once outside its host ,so cant transmit

So it means as body fluids hiv comes out from bagina or anus and we touched with penis or hand like genital rubbing it cant transmit
Is it ?

Yes it is true. HIV transmission is possible as a result of exchange of body fluids INSIDE the body only. This is the reason, unprotected anal and vaginal sex remains the only sexual routes of HIV transmission.
