Hiv symptoms?

About 7 to 8 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex. A little over 2 months later I had what I thought was jock itch but it didnt't go away with normal powder and treatment. Around the same time maybe a few weeks later my anus became irritated. Sort of burning, not so much an itch but like it was dry or raw. I have been to the Dr. 4 times. Tested neg for chlamydia gonn. They did tell me I have HSV 1 and 2. 1 I knew I had but 2 i did not as I've never had an outbreak. They said I have tags in there that are probably the cause. It just won't go away. prep h helps sooth it but  not all the way. On like the 3rd Dr. visit they asked about possible HIV exposure. I said no because at the time that was the last thing I was thinking. Since then it's all I can think about. Every time my body feels different I automatically think HIV symptom. Headaches, back pain. Now it seems like my tongue is white. White spots on back that sometimes brush off and in the morning looks more white then sort of goes away. My main question is. Would HIV cause the anal issues 2 months after exposure? honestly if that wasnt bothering me I dont think I'd even be worrying about anything, its just ive never experienced anything like this before. And last visit was told they think a lot of it is in my head. So im scared and not sure what to do next. any input would be appreciated. sorry for the long post.

HIV from one exposure of vaginal intercourse if you are a male is rare, although not completely zero.  However, your symptoms do not fit the profile.  If you contracted HIV, there may be symptoms 2-6 weeks after exposure: swollen lymph nodes throughout the body, fever, chills, and so forth.  Then it goes into hibernation for months or more likely years.  Your symptoms are in no way related to HIV.
