HIV Risk unprotected oral sex, kissing, protected anal?

Hello, I am here again after one year and a half.
Actually, I feel so regret to be back at here asking these equestions again. However, I could not having myself for not thinking about it. I keep blaming myself for doing so again and I cry almost everynight.
So my situation is like this, last Saturday (25/10/19) I have know someone through the Internet and we went out to give it a try. I gave him oral sex and he gave me too without condom. He kisses me with his saliva touching me for few times. And lastly, when he want to went into me, I ask him to put a condom and he did too. After he putting up the condom and he try to went into me, I feel pain and I stop him immediately, the process last for around 1 minute only with the condom not broken (I think?)
He is a guy and I am a guy too
Ps: I don't see any blood and there is no ejaculation for both of us since I stop him to continue from having sex with me and there maybe some pre-cum but I don't know. There is a small cut in my mouth that time
So, I want to know:
1) What is my risk of getting hiv?
2) I had decided to have a duo test (cmia test) at 28 days which is four weeks later after that incident, is it conclusive enough to have a negative result that time

Thanks Chima.

Sorry for bothering you all. Sincere apologies to you all. I had done my decision to be brave to do a test at 28 days which is 10 days later. After that, move on definitely. This test is just for regular medical checkup and it doesn't mean I am at risk and need testing I know. So I am definitely negative right?
How fool and naive of me for seeking some guarantees which someone else could not give me except for myself haha.
Anyway. WISH GOOD LUCK TO ME.
Thanks regards.

It's not about bothering anyone. You're not bothering people here, we're all volunteering our free time to answer questions. The problem is that you're not accepting the answers that you've been given by multiple volunteers. You came here asking questions, which were answered by several people. Accept the responses and act accordingly instead of ignoring all of the advice and doing whatever you want anyway.

Yup, thanks for all the reply above. However, i am still a bit worried since it still 10 days more to go before my test for it. I know i don't have a risk and do not need testing at all, but i just do it for my reassurance, that's it. I just cannot get over it and keep thinking about it.
So, i trust that 28 days duo test is conclusive and after i get my result i will move on definitely. But now i just have something keep bothering me in my mind. First, there is not ejaculation and blood so my risk is definitely reduced right? (Since hiv is transmitted through body fluid except saliva) Second, i had him using the condom and he did not success in entering me too (maybe just one time he put it in and i stop him immediately because i feel pain, is this just 30 seconds penetration (is it considered as penetration, i don't know?) consist of any risk?
Anyway, i understand the logic, no unprotected pentetration = no risk for hiv. However, i cannot stop thinking about it until i get my test report. Sorry if this is bothering you guys, i am just here to seek for some reassurance and to express my anxiety while hoping to get some helps. I definitely understand what you guys say, i just need some more reassurance, that's it. It is all because of my anxiety, just couldn't stop it, just couldn't. T T

There isn't anything more that can be done to help you. The purpose of this forum is to provide a risk assessment (which yours was Zero) and recommend testing if required (which since you had Zero risk it's unnecessary). This is not a health anxiety forum to support your irrational thoughts. If you're unable to accept the fact that you had no risk from what you've done, your only next step is to seek a therapist to assist you with overcoming these thoughts. Your time and money would be far better spent on therapy than on HIV tests since, once again, you were never exposed to HIV in the first place from what you did.

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Your risk for HIV is zero.  You do not need any testing, and if you do take a test at any time, it will be negative since you were never exposed to HIV.

Is a 28 days cmia test conclusive just for reassurance? Please answering me. Thanks
If you are being answered that you had ZERO risk, a testing question doesn't make sense to then ask. ANY test you take will be negative if you had no risk.  For general informational purposes, you can trust a 28 day 4th generation test will not change if taken at 28 days or beyond.  But you need no tests as you can't get HIV from a non risk.

After that incident, I keep on asking that guy whether he is hiv + or not but he keep on denying. He said that he had 3 sex experience only and the last sex experience is at May 2019 and he had a full body test at the end of June 2019. He claims that he is healthy but I don't know whether that full body test that he did include the hiv test or not. I feel like I just could not trust him.
Sorry for bad English.
