Hiv test question

I had an early detection hiv test 5 weeks after last possible exposure and it came back negative . Am I okay to move on from this or do I need to retest . The nurse who took my blood said everything will show up after 2 weeks after exposure with this test but I'm still wondering . Any answers will greatly help thanks!

Okay so it doesn't matter if I had the early detection test or the regular one. I have to wait 3 months for all tests ?

If you had a possible exposure you can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
