Hiv test thing

I did my hiv test at 10.5 weeks and resulted negative but i have a question i am taking some pills to boost my immune system becouse 1 week ago i was diagnosticated with shingles (herpes zoster).
So my question is does this affects the result
The result was just negative and i dont think it was a fat test becose the doctor got me blood just like when we do normal blood analysis.
Thank you i hope i dont have a hiv phobia.

You've tested conclusively negative.  Time to move on from this worry.  An HIV phobia is a big leap from just having anxiety.   It's okay to be a little nervous but now you must accept your test results and move on.  If you can't, then, yes, it's time to talk about anxiety with your doctor.  You don't have HIV.
