Hiv test

I did hiv test 3rd generation antibodies and it was negative after 3 months of exposure, is it conclusive or should i do PCR to confirm?

You were advised previously that you had zero risk from your event.  That would mean you do not need to test.  Only risks, as a reminder, for HIV include having unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles.  That's it.  You had no risk and do not need to continue asking testing questions.
