Hiv testing after 12 weeks negative worried

Hi,
I had an vaginal intercource with a woman whose status is unknown and tested for HIV at period of 6,8,10(ELISA) -NEGATIVE

and 12 weeks (RAPID) -NEGATIVE

and I consulted UROLOGIST today and  he suggested me to undergo a HIV test I am currently in 18 weeks mark.

Please let  me know the possibility/chances of 12 weeks negative turn to positive
