Shaving cut

Hello, a week ago i shaved in the afternoon around 5 pm then had a small cut and wasnt aware of it so at night  i went clubbing and around 5 am in the morning i had protected sex with a prostitute and lasted 5 minutes and the base of my penis wasnt fully covered. Im worried bout hiv. So 5 days later im taking azithromycin.

The cut doesn't have to be covered at the base of your penis.  You wouldn't get HIV through that.  Only the head needs to be covered. You didn't have a risk.  Glad you used a condom!

Thank u so much
You should stop self medicating and talk to your doctor about this risky practise of needless antibiotic ingestion. If you were  infected with HIV the antibiotic wouldn't help anyway.
Antibiotics aren't power pills for your body and instead they affect your immune system, so you don't want to be lowering your resistance needlessly like this, because a real infection might show up sometime while you are doing this.
So are you suggestiong i should stop it imeediately? I still have 2 days its a 3 day pack
My advice answered that question and having more in your possession is irrelevant.

Only hte head of your penis needs protection so the condom did that. You had no risk for HIV.
Are you self diagnosing and taking azithromycin or is this a seperate problem (than your fear of HIV) that your doctor is treating?
