Ho to get rid of my irrational fear about HIV ?

Hi i am 20. I am not sexually active. ( Never sex with anyone , never receive blood transfusion , never share needles ) . I just masturbate and wipe it off with some cloth. I usually reuse it for a month without washing. I had asked this question many times on yahoo answers and even real doctors. Their answer is i am completely safe and no need to fear. But i cannot accept this statement even though i know that i am not infected. I always search for HIV symptoms . I got rash on my back and feet tingling. I don't know what is the cause of this. But people say it is anxiety. What i need to do to get rid of my irrational fear ? Sometimes it's get uncontrolled and i feel like strange living in this world. I suffer from this mental disorder for 2 years. PLEASE HELP ME BY SUGGESTING A GOOD WAY ?

Am i need to stop read about HIV on internet ?

You need to have known routes for a transmission to take place, and those routes are missing in you case,,, and HIV does not fly,, so just stop thinking about it and focus your attention towards your studies and career development.

Just for your information,  proven transmission routes for HIV are,

1. Sexual

Unprotected anal and vaginal sex

2. Non-Sexual

Sharing injections and syringes for drug
Contaminated blood transfusion (not a threat anymore in developed world anymore)
Mother to child

Then there comes a bif=g Full Stop.
