How are women at risk?

I have seen numerous posts about men and what causes them to be at risk if a condom slips or breaks--that the tip of the penis should be covered.  However I can find nothing about what puts a woman at risk if that happens.  İs it based on how much ejaculation she comes into contact with?

Even if there is not ejaculation, an unprotected penetration, whether it's anal or vaginal exposes both partners to an infection. The contact between a genital mucosa (glans, vaginal or anal in the case of an anal penetration) is enough to cause an infection. The risk increases id there is ejaculation.

Other ways HIV is spread are:
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.
