How risky was this?

Hey I just wanted to get some idea from you guys on how risky a encounter was, I received oral sex from a guy which I know doesn’t carry any risk apparently, but we also had anal sex before that though I might have inserted the tip of my penis in but I’m not 100% sure cause it didn’t feel like it was in sorry about the details, anyway after that which was for like a second I used a condom an it was intact after the sex.

This was about 6-7 weeks ago at about 4 weeks I had a sinus infection with all the cold symptoms like runny nose and fever an such but other family members had it too so I don’t think it was ars, anyway for the last 3-4 days I’ve had a sore or irritated throat with some coughing an white phlegm an some fatigue type feeling in my legs I don’t know if that could be ars or just what happens after ars, anyway some advice would be helpful in thinking about ordering a home 4th gen test but not sure if it’s warranted or am I just being anxious about it which has happened quite a lot over the last 2-3 years. Thx guys

If you didn't penetrate you had no risk. Only you can tell but you said it didn't feel like you did.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. These 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
It didn’t feel like I did but just to put my mind at rest I’ve decided to order the test so I can just move on, otherwise the anxiety just keeps making me think I’m getting different symptoms an that it’s related to that
