How soon can I get tested using rapid hiv testing

I keep getting strange tingling in my left arm and legs ad I'm sweating more than usual. The tingling hurts I had a needlestick injury which I tested negative on the 26th day after exposure but I'm not sure that was not accurate what should I do

You were advised in a previous thread that your injury did not represent a risk for HIV.  If your test was 4th generation, it won't change.  Your symptoms are not likely due to HIV given that you had no real risk, and those aren't symptoms of HIV.
