Hugging, kissing & protected oral

HI, I engaged in the following activities with  prostitute - she had several marks on her skin & there seems high probability that she was positive.

1) Dry thumping - i recall that either i or she wore undies during this - there was no genital to genital contact - as far as i remember.
2) kissing - not deep, but i have some open sores and redness on my lips.
3) protected oral - she gave me protected oral with condom on.
4) hugging - i touched her body including the area where she had scars & area around her genitals.

From next day I am suffering from sore throat, headache, body ache & tiredness.

My questions are:

(i) Is there any risk of HIV/STD infection. If yes, what probability?
(ii) Should I get tested?
(iii) Can i continue maintaining normal sex life with my wife?
(iv) Are these symptoms of seroconversion?
