After oral sex with shemale from Philipines on 10.01I”m having the following symptoms:
10.05 got sick with sore throat and fever, but only for a day. The blocked nose remained for a week.
10.15 my tongue got covered with candida. The sides are paintful.
11.09 I have noticed a small rash, which where random flat spots come and go. It last until today.
11.15 my hands and feet started having burning sensation
11.20 my hands are tingling, numb, weak until now. It looks like I will fall down when I walk. I can’t event sit in the chair.

The test I”ve done so far:
11.09(38 day) - 4th generation test / negative
11.15 - 4th generation test/ negative
11.25 - 4th generation/RNA hiv1 - negative

Today 12/03 I took another test.

My question is if I had ARS symptoms  for so long, wouldn’t either RNA or antibodies detected?

The worst thing that on 10.15 I had sex with my wife and since then she started having irregular menstrual cycles, headaches, chills and sweats, no fever( only for a day)

I”m pretty sure I will be positive, but what Im sorry the most is that put my wife into all this:(

Your problem is not HIV it's fear of disease. You've been assessed as having no risk therefore the only way you will get through this is to seek counseling for your health anxiety. Please seek out a therapist to help you overcome this issue.

Thank you so much. But isn’t the changes with menstrual cycles caused by the drop of cd4? I read that this is one of the symptoms of acute hiv?

By the way, why do you say my symptoms are not hiv related?  Dry mouth, weak and burning legs, flat rash - all of these are the symptoms of ARS, isn’t it?
ARS symptoms come all at once and do not last that long. Menstrual changes are 100x more commonly caused by anything apart from HIV - but it's all irrelevant - you DO NOT have ARS.  You were never exposed to HIV.
one more additional detail which could be a risk to a exposure - the shemale cum first and the she made me cum. Could it be that she had a cum on her hand when she started masturbated me?
You have been advised of the only two risks for HIV.  Cum on someone's hands is not one of those two risks.  There is nothing further for our members to say about your no-risk encounter.

You have a 0% chance of being HIV-positive. Oral sex isn't a risk, and your multiple negative conclusive tests are further evidence that you do not have HIV.

The symptoms that you and your wife are having have nothing to do with ARS or HIV.  First, NONE of those are symptoms of ARS.  Second, you can't have ARS without exposure to HIV, which you did not have.  Work with your doctor to determine the cause of your non-HIV related symptoms.

Thank you for your responses, but few things to add:
- I had sores on my mouth for some years. Maybe it was candida or something. As I understand, this opens easier transmission of HIV.

Forgot to mention that another symptom that I have a is a dry mouth for 3 weeks.

Oral sex is not A risk for hiv. Whether you performex or recieved it, whether you had sores , cuts or what ever ifs you can add, ORAL SEX IS NOT A RISK FOR HIV..

The only risks are
1) unprotected vaginal or anal sex
2)sharing syringes

There was no need for testing in the first place. The tests are also agreeing to my statement. You can test as many times as you want, you ll test negative.

No further testing is required.
You should move on . youre 100 % hiv negative

But what if the shemale had a cum on her hand? When she cum and she was using her own hand, she started masturbating me. There is a risk.
