I am freeking out and days are becoming difficult to pass
I am on euro travel since the 11 of this month and have been travelling and walking a lot nearly every day.
While i was in amsterdam on the 14th, i just got a carried away and ended up in one of the windows in amsterdams red light district. While the scene lasted for not more than 5 to 7 minutes, everything looked and felt just fine. The girl (hiv status unknown) used a condome on me for 3 minutes of oral and then she decided to sit on me ofcource with the condom. Before doing that I remember she did apply a lot of lube on her. As as soon as she felt i was done she moved and washed her self. While I am very confident that the condome did not burst and tore I am still scared. While I did not see her removing the condome from the packet, I am assuming it was new as we can't use a use one as far as I know. Also is it possible that the condome cound have been damaged during oral sex? Or just to make me more scared, if the condome had hole/holes in it?
The real problem, on 19th night I had night sweats when in was in Paris (dont remember when i had it last before this) . I also observed that i did sweat during the day in between, as a matter of fact even last night little sweat on my forehead but thats more due to anxiety i guess. I have been continuously thinking and reading about this.
I have been feeling tried generally but that's justified as I have been travelling, not eating on time and drinking And plus continuously thinking about this.
No rashes, no sore troath, no fever but at times I do feel that my body is a little warm, is that because I am in Switzerland and it's cold here? I have 2 lymp nodes on my left arm which I can feel but i guess they have been there since long now. They are not bulging out and can't be seen Unless you touch there.
I am really scared and worried. While I know Amsterdam's rld is one of the safest places, I am some how not able to get over it.
Please advice.

Thanks experts. Just one last question, is there even a slightest chance of me being exposed to hiv considering i dont know the hiv status of csw and the one off odd symptoms that i have had? Should i be taking any tests? Thanks once again for your help. Much appriciated.

Since you used a condom you can't get HIV. It is time to move on, and stop over-analyzing your body because your self-diagnosed symptoms are most likely in your imagination.
So just for my mental satisfaction, i have taken a CMIA test today, awating results. My question, how reliable is this test on 29th day? I have not had any symptoms as such but i am scared as my wife is having bad headache from few days now and its scares me. Please advice and help get an answer.

This method is accurate after 28 days, so in your case is 100 % reliable. You don't have HIV. Move on !
Just one question, while the lab told me it was CMIA, on the report the method said ECLIA ... are both the same?
That doesn't really matter. You need to pay attention to the fact that it says ab/ag, which means that it's looking for antigens (which appear 4 weeks after the exposure) and antibodies (that appear between 3 and 12 weeks after the exposure).
But as I told you, you don't need that test. You are worrying too much about small details that are not letting you move on.

It doesn't matter. It was a 4th generation antibody/antigen test, which is conclusive at 28+ days post-event. No need to analyze anything else related to the event or the test.
Every single time you see that is says ab/ag it means it's a combo test, and it's accurate 28 days after the exposure.

Thank you for the quick response. So after the girl got over me i know that the condom was still on and there was my sperm inthere, i removed the condom, but my question is is there any posaibility of there being a small hole on the condom? Or if there is a hole it would just tearapart?
Micro holes are a myth. If a condom fails it rips apart down the seam and hangs in tatters from the ring, so both of you would notice that.
