I am super worried

Hi thanks for reading my question, I am 22 years old. two weeks ago, almost three. I was with a guy and he was having an erection and I was too, he had my penis in his hand, and suddenly he touched my penis with his, I stopped him and left, it has been two weeks and I am having a sore throat, but it could be also because I had a root canal two weeks ago and my tooth is running a bad taste fluid, sometimes my left nostril kind of closes too, but I don't have any mucus, headache, diarrea or anything like that. Besides that event I have never been sexually active, I applied for an internship two months ago and all my stds exams came out good, I am really freaking out right now, I am super worried, but I don't know if I have something to worry about, I will really appreciate your help.

I read about ARS while i was doing research on the topic, I didn't find much info about it, I am really concern about learning everything about how to be careful about AIDS and diagnosis to help people from the country I live, since we don't have a good sexual education. can you tell me where can I find real info about AIDS since a lot of people share their opinions online, and for today can you explain me how are the ARS symptoms, do all of them have to happen at the same time, or only can be some of them? thank you.

Thanks for your answer, I don't know if I didn't understand, so he touching my penis with his penis, while both were on erection is no risk?

Someone touched your penis that's it? No risk from penis touching him touching yours, you touching his.no risk no need to test. Sore throat is unrelated. If you are out if the country you likely flew on a plane correct? Some people are sensitive to the pressure of flying I myself always get a sore throat and sinus infection after flying.

I forgot to tell I am having a trip outside the country right now, so I don't know if the sore throat could be because of that.
