I am worrying

Dear all, I am a woman in Tanzania, very worried. I used to have oral sex with my boyfriend two years before he left to US. Last year I got vulva warts and the doctor removed them by small operation. I am now worried about my HIV status and am scared to death to go for a test. Please  advice me what should I do?

It is not a requirement for people visiting the US to get tested for HIV or malaria.
