I have a real risk?

2 months ago I have unprotected oral sex to a unknow man,  just for some seconds (10s at least). No cum in my mouth.

I test negative  for HIV at 9 weeks. I have some lymph nodes on my neck, I'm so scared.

Do I have a real risk for HIV?
My test at 9 weeks is conclusive or not yet?

Thanks.

No risk for HIV and no need to test! Oral sex is not a risk!

You never had an HIV risk & never required testing in the first place.
