I have one swollen lymph node gland shoud I be concern

Ok I lost my mind because I felt since three days I have swollen lymph node in my neck and I tested today for hiv 1&2Ab &AG as I told you I don't have any sexual activities or needles sharing only my concern I have four damaged teeth due to decay and broken teeth some sores and cuts in my mouth bleeding sometimes and I used to eat every day at restaurants I noticed some times something red spots in food I thought it was blood my concern infected blood leaked from worker might be positive who is know and using public toilets some times water in toilet spread and contact my gentile area penis sores also using beds and towelson hotels I travel alot worry I heard many people infected by unknown route is that truth like barber shop razors and teeth clinics or blood contact with open wound or sore ects please what do you think my test result will be I was negative before 3 months so worry and anxious I will get the test result from Tdl lab london soon please advise me and help me I need your assistance

Thank you a lot mr Teak & Mrs calluna Rose I appreciate it I am still waiting for the result I hope it will come back negative to put my fears behind me but my concern now while blood drawing process at the lab the technician was so studied I am sure she used new needle and everything is new also cottons but while drawing the blood I noticed a blood drops on the chair and table from another patient unfortunately she put the cotton and needle on the table and it was contimanted with drops of blood then used it to draw the blood if the needle touched the blood on table and the cotton also which she used to heal and cover the  cut touched it there is any risk for hiv or hepatitis c or b I am not sure if the blood was dried or not but I noticed it when I told her she cleaned it after finishing my concern if the needle and cotton on table touched that blood could transfer the virus to my blood stream please answer my question still worry really

You don't have HIV, so don't worry about that. But I would be concerned for your teeth if they're decaying like that. That can cause the swollen lymph node in your neck.
