I need Advice & Help(Gay male)
I am a gay male, 21 years old to be exact.
I have been using craigslist to have random flings with men, men I often times do not see again.
I recently had a fling with a guy back in Apri(Last month)
He penetrated me and did not use a condom....However, this was only for a minute or two as I
felt uncomfortable and we just stopped doing that and stuck with Oral.
Now there was no seminal fluid(I know still there is some risk).
I did give him oral and I did swallow....
Idk what made me start thinking i may have something....This only happened around April 15 or so.
I've been googling symptoms for the past weak and a half and while I do not have flu like symptoms I am worried about
A)Diarrhea---I have had issues with stomach cramps, bloating prior to this encounter and it has been having quite often...Usually when I eat dairy products.
I am not sure if i I have diarrhea because my stomach does cramp up quite a bit here lately after I eat and I do have to use the bathroom(number 2) but i don't immediately have to run to the bathroom...I am able to hold it in for quite sometime....
And I do suffer from gas
B)Headaches
I do tend to get headaches prior to this encounter but I am not sure if I should be worried
C)Mild back pain, arm pain
Nothing like OH MY GOD IT HURTS....Or any pain that keeps me from functioning. I dance so I am still able to do my dancing....it is not a hinderance
Yesterday when i was doing shopping my feet did hurt but nothing major again and when i came home and kicked back, they stopped hurting
D)Dehydration
I do drink a lot....But I usually drink sodas which I know are not good for you...I since have started drinking OJ so I am not sure if I am dehydrated or not
6)Cough
I've coughed a few times....and by a few I mean less than like 6 times in the past week and a half two weeks...I'll say at most probaby 4 times
my nose wasn't really runny....i did feel moisture from my nostril but i wiped it away and it didn't continue to do it.
The most common thing I have now is the fact my head does hurt a bit, the possibility of diarrehea or it could be just loose bowels/IBS and possibe dehydration.
Im worried because idk what to do....Idk if i am making myself have these symptoms, do i truly have cause for concern or what....
I just need hep :(

How worried do I need to be till then? I feel like i am driving myself crazy. I google symptoms, i google picutres and I am just so worried.
Like i said my most common symptom is the headache, which I have right now and my head does hurt. i've been taking ibuprofen but it's not unbearable
and Im worried that i may have symptoms for something completely unrelated but im asymptomatic
