Rubbing of penises dont transmit HIV, never has, never will. The moment any bodily fluid leaves its host, it becomes inactive, it CANNOT infect you because of the exposure to air. The semen on the hands, belly and glands dont pose as a risk at all. Why?. because it left the host, came in contact with the air and then came in contact with you.

The fact that stds increase chances of hiv infection doesnt apply to you. it only applies to people who have unprotected penetration.

Sorry I could see if you answered me before because I dunno how to use this app, thanks for answering me o am really scared and stressed, I had contact with fluids outside but it was a direct contact, and you know semen has a high viral load! And if the guy was recently infected it increases also if he had a STD like syphilis it increases even more!, I'm uncut and that concerns me more!
