I received oral sex and tongue kissed a promiscuous friend

I never have unprotected sex and got caught up in the moment with another man about 10 days ago. The oral sex lasted but 5 seconds, and I didn't get erect. And the kiss about the same 5 seconds, as I didn't want unprotected contact and stopped it. Now I'm so worried I blew it and contacted HIV. I think what if someone got in my penis. What if he had a cut in his mouth? Ugh, so worried.

No one in 40 year HIv history got if from oral or kissing because it is inactivated in saliva so can't infect. That means cuts, sores, cankers etc, have no effect on HIV transmission in saliva because it is impossible.

Thank you for the reply, Anxious. I was looking it up and there's so many listed reports that it can't happen with receiving oral and deep kissing, then I see sites that say it's "low risk" and that there have been a few reports of it happening with both.
We use CDC guidelines. I have finished with this discussion.

It is abnormal to keep Googling to make yourself frightened of a disease you can't have. Perhaps therapy can help you live a normal life instead of an imaginary terrifying one where science is just made up and anything can happen.
Geez, I was just asking what the "low risk" meant in terms of the condition when I do see it's impossible. That was all. Just asked for information from people who know what the deal is as I don't and am not an expert. No, I do not need therapy. Was just concerned because of the stigma attached to HIV. And I don't think science is made up. Never said that. I made one reply, not 20. I'm finished.
