I think i Have HIV

I am 28 Years old. I had unprotected sex with 3 different women of african descent in November 2016. Particularly, they are not sex workers but regular girls who prostitute to earn extra cash. They had morning jobs.

I did have any symptoms instantly but since january, i have pain in the basal joint of my left thumb and slight pain in the basal joint of my right thumb. I tried searching on internet but no other STD has this symptom. The only other STD that sometimes present with this symptom is HIV.

I am freaking out.

Since last week, occasionally i get upset stomach.

I am really worried and scared to get tested. I think i have HIV. Please help.

There are no exclusive hiv symptoms.
You did have a risk because of the unknown so it is easy to think the worst.
HIV is not easily transferred female to male even if one of them was positive.
Any antibody test at this time will be conclusive.
I've been in your shoes, you must test regardless of the fear you are putting yourself through.

Unfortunately, no one here can help you.  HIV can't be diagnosed by symptoms, and you did have a risk.  The good news is that you can take ANY antibody test at any time now, and your result will be conclusive.  Whatever the result, it will be less scary than living in limbo wondering "what if."

Please take a test as soon as you are able.

Everyone gets joint pains, stomach ache and flu etc. so your symptoms are not used to diagnose.
Vaginal Intercourfse. But i want to know that if anyone you know or heard about had similar symptoms as me.

Cuz in my life, i never had this continous pain and discomfort in thumb joint.
