INSTI test still reliable?

Hi,
Hi, I'm a female and had a possible exposure several years ago and have received two negative results on INSTI. Are my results considered conclusive with this test since its way outside of the window period? It seems like more clinics are using this test instead of the 4th generation combo. Is INSTI really that reliable?

ANY test on the market is accurate and reliable, any time 90 days or more post-exposure.  The combo test is best for recent exposures, since it detects the P24 antigen as well as antibodies, and the antigen disappears within about a month of infection.  Any antibody test can be used thereafter.  You don't have HIV.
