IS swollen lymph node in arm pit sign of HIV

I have a painful/swollen lymph node in my left arm pit. I check my neck and groin and do not feel any others. My risks for HIV were very low. Had negative oral HIV test 5/2017, only risk after the test was semen on my hand with healing cut. Could just a single lymph node be a sign of HIV? I read lymph nodes from HIV do not hurt, is that correct and does that rule our HIV? I only have one but not sure how to tell if others are swollen. Very scared.

The advice can't change since you asked all the times before, ever since 2014. Here are a couple of them.

You should see a therapist to get help with this irrational fear that you have year after year, because a chat line can't provide the one on one that you need.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (penis, semen, etc. which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event.
You should stop poking and irritating your armpit, since you do not understand what lymph is supposed to feel like. If the pain then goes away you will know that you caused it, otherwise see doc if concerned.

What exactly was your risk for HIV?

I gave a handjob and got semen on my hand. I had a healing cut and thought the semen could have gotten into cut. It was not bleeding and he said he tested negative recently.
That's not low risk, it's no risk.
