I'm almost positive I have HIV or AIDS

In January 2010 through March 2010, I had sex many times with a girl who I knew for awhile.  We had unprotected sex once for a few seconds.  A couple months after we started having sex, I developed breathing problems in the spring that I have never experienced - it started out with a cough and then I had trouble breathing for about 2 months (bad coughs at night, and when that went away, wheezing when I worked out).  These symptoms eventually went away after about 2 months.  I went to the doctor and he told me it was probably allergies or mold problems in my apartment. Reassured, I did not get tested.

Then a couple months ago in March 2011, I had protected sex with another girl. A month after, I developed ringworm and it took about 1.5 months to cure (the doctor diagnosed me with ringworm, but it might be psoriasis or pitariasis rosea).  I also had rectal bleeding for two days at about the same time - bright red blood that was not attached to my stool.  Right after my ringworm and rectal bleeding symptoms went away, I developed eczema all over my body (little patches of dry skin).  I admit I have been under intense anxiety after the rectal bleeding episode, so that might have caused eczema.

Based on all these symptoms that suggest autoimmune problems, I am almost convinced that I have HIV or AIDS. I am planning to get tested ASAP since I cannot live with this stress and anxiety anymore (I've been under this stress for almost 2 months).

Do these symptoms highly suggest that I have HIV/AIDS?

anyone can get ringworm and eczema.

symptoms dont diagnose hiv...a test does.

Thanks for your response, Lizzie.  I thought HIV symptoms include coughing and autoimmune skin problems such as eczema and that you're more susceptible to ringworm infection?

first off...girl #1 more than likely doesnt have hiv...most ppl dont.  it is also unlikely that a few "seconds" of unprotected will result in infection.  with that being said...the only way to know one's status is by testing.

girl #2...you had safe sex and did not have a risk.

your "symptoms" are not indicative of hiv infection.

I also want to mention that my hands have been itchy and sensitive these past two weeks (feels like pins and needles poking my skin).
