I'm convinced my boyfriend is infected with HIV, has symptoms

If any if you remember I posted a couple months ago about my boyfriend being infected. I talked to my doctor and she said that it was unlikely and he would be fine. Not challenging anything you guys have said to me and he will be getting tested soon. He wanted to wait until three months to get a conclusive result. The only reason I am anxious because lately he has been saying he has lack of energy and he is exhausted. But he suffers with ms and I am not sure if that's the cause or not because I asked him if he ever felt tired before or if he have any side effects from the meds but he said no. He also pops ecstasy and takes percocets recreationally. He also complained about his neck and I'm guessing it was one of his lymph nodes because he said it hurt and it feels like a muscle growing. A recap of his exposure: On July 17, we started off having protected sex. He then took the condom off and he went inside of me for a little bit then I gave him oral. Let me also add that he is uncircumcised. After the oral, he went inside of me again and then I gave him oral again. Finally, he finished penetrating me but he ejaculated outside of me. I explained this scenario to my doc and she said it was unlikely but I also informed her at the time if the incident I had ran out out of meds for about a month but she said Biktarvy is a good medicine and it's strong enough to control the infection even during interruption. Honestly I am not sure how true that is but in a way it gave me some relief. Also, I am infected with hsv 2 but I haven't had an outbreak in a while but I am not taking any meds for it. I am aware I can shed without having an outbreak and that's what really worries me because I read that even with co infection it is still a low risk but I know it is not zero. Is it a chance he acquired both stds or just one? I will also update you all on the test results. P.S. I have since taken my meds and I am undetectable.

Unprotected vaginal intercourse has definitely put your partner at risk, we have discussed this before.

No one can diagnose HIV from symptoms, only testing can provide the answer.

If you are anxious, just get a test at 28 days or any time post that with a IV / V Generation HIV test, you don't have to wait for 12 weeks.

Infection is always possible - with both herpes and HIV.  Only herpes and HIV tests will give the answer.  There's no use in us speculating.

Your boyfriend has a lot going on medically and pharmaceutically that could explain the symptoms, of course.

Right. He also smokes cigarettes. I just hope that both come back negative. I'm not sure if has both or either or but I do suspect he may have herpes because he complained about back pain but I know some symptoms of ARS can cause pains in the body. But he hasn't had a fever not saying it won't happen but I also questioned withdrawal of the drugs he uses recreationally uses. I will ask that under another forum specific to that. It may be my anxiety weighing on me as well but I will keep you guys updated.
