I'm worried that I have ARS symptoms

I had an injection for throat infection seven weeks back. On the third week after that I got slightly raised temperature for four days especially in the evening.  No Fatigue or sore throat. On 21st day I expereinced a pea nut size pimple like thing on my penis ring. It became small within a day and remained small for about one week and gone. On the same day I got buttocks pain and it remained for three days. In the fifth week I got anxiety and sleeplessness and fatigue for entire week. On sixth week end I got rash in the centre of chest about 10 nos of rashes and it got disappeared in three days. But I'm not sure from when the rashes were there as I have hairs on my chest and rashes didn't itch also.

You did NOT get HIV from an injection for a throat infection.  No one was injecting blood into you, and needles aren't re-used.

In adults, HIV is transmitted by:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

That is it.  Anything else you can think of is not a risk.
