Insertive and receptive anal sex+rimjob

Hello,
First of all, I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation of the outstanding work that you do on MedHelp.
About a week ago I had sex with an unknown status bisexual person. The sex includes protected (with condom) insertive and receptive anal with using saliva as lubricant. Also, I performed rimming job on her (for a minute).
I should mention that I tried to not swallow my spit during the rimming job and throw it out (I hold my spit in my mouth for at least 5 min and after that, I immediately wash my mouth with water.)
Now I feel slight pain in my liver. Also, I have sore in my mouth. Pain in liver come suddenly during the day.

I would like to know how much at risk did I put myself in for STDs and other diseases.
Do the symptoms that I have, are reliable or it just caused by high levels of anxiety?

Your assistance and cooperation is highly appreciated.
Warmest Regards
