Is 4th generation test conclusive at 31 days?

I had protected vaginal sex right about a month ago(semi toxicated but I know it didn't break but have doubts) and took a HIV ab/ag test at day 31 which came back negative. Currently experiencing some soreness near my groin area, is my result conclusive or am I at risk of turning positive?

I see some confusion in terms of 4 week vs 6 week? Which is considered conclusive?

Tests do not change after 28 days.  And you had no risk.  You do not have HIV.

Yes, your test is conclusive.  I'd trust your result especially since you never had a risk.  You won't get HIV if you have an intact condom and you would KNOW if it broke as that is quite noticeable.  Trust your negative result.  It will not turn positive.
