Do I have HIV?

I recently had a sore throat and 102.9 degree fever (no rash) that appeared overnight and went to the doctor that morning. He prescribed me penicillin. My fever broke the same morning and my sore throat was gone the next day. Still should I be concern that I may have HIV?

Also for a good while prior to that short illness, I noticed that my groin ached when I sat down in low chairs or when I lifted my left leg. After this penicillin intake, I noticed the ache is gone and can lift my leg with ease. Was it because my lymph node in my groin was tender, trying to fight off the HIV infection and penicillin addressed it?

I did not have unprotected anal sex but thought maybe somehow acquired it another way. I’m concerned.

In addition, I have performed oral sex with a man who had undetected levels a few months back.

Oral is zero risk. if you didn't have vaginal  or anal penetrating unprotected with a penis or share hollow needles that you used to inject with you can't have HIV. Self diagnosis is generally wrong so there is no purpose in continuing it while looking for HIV that doesn't exist.
