Is bloody white dots on tongue an early symptom of HIV?

I know that you don't like symptoms questions, but I have to ask. I hope that you won't be angry.

Question is: Is bloody painless white dots (don't know if oral thrush) on tongue an early symptom of HIV? I checked other websites and some people say yes, but some other says that it's an advanced symptom, not able to seen during ARS due to infection -if it's a real infection, for sure-

I know, it's not possible to diagnose HIV by checking symptoms but you know, HIV anxiety is a terrible thing that makes you always search symptoms.

Sorry for bad English, and thank you so much for the answers.

Joseph

Here are my other question. I opened an other topic for this but someone told me to write that here.

If p24 test comes positive, should a person wait for ELISA approval of positiveness then western blot, or can western blot test be taken after only p24 positive?

Vance, what about tonsillitis? Is it a symptom too? I can't understand the difference between a sore throat (this is one of the most important symptoms according to Dr HHH) and a tonsillitis? Is it a symptom too?

Thank you for replying.
