Is follicultis an early HIV symptom?

I'm very scared. My possible exposure was on August 14th with my ex boyriend. About a week ago I started to develop small red painful bumps around my hair follicles (I believe it's follicultis). They are on my wrists, hands & on other parts of my body. I honestly haven't had any other symptoms of HIV. No flu like symptoms at all (but I did have an obvious cold about a week ago, runny nose, sneezing, etc.) I just woke up one day with a ring type of rash on my stomach a couple weeks ago & thought of the worst (HIV), maybe I'm just paranoid... idk!
