Is four month negative test is conclusive

I received oral sex. A gay sucked my penis less than ten seconds that I don't know he was hiv positive after two months I suspect that he was positive. And then went to test luckily that was negative this test was after 70 days of exposure. Then I took western blot p24 antigen that was also negative viral load not detected or bellow the range of assay. But my cd4 cells are very poor they are only 174. They make me more tensed. I am worrying and scarring. This test was on 84 days all report were negative but cd4 dropped. Then I took Elisa test from hospital after 93 days that was also negative. And Dr. said that cd4 don't matter. Your report is negative this is good thing. I am smoking from 12 years is this cause of low cd4 or bacterial problem which I face from one year in my neck. Your guidelines said that three months test is conclusive. Is mine also conclusive? And also received oral is low risk activity. Is m I safe I do not have hiv please tell I am so worried. Is stress cause of low cd4 because on that days I was so much scared and stressed. Still I am in so much stress. P24 antigen (0.11) negative after 12 weeks of exposure. After four months I have pimple on my shoulder. I tested two days ago after four months of exposure that was also negative this test was rapid test took blood from my finger
Do I need more tests or are these tests are conclusive. Can I move on ?

Infection with what? You were never exposed to HIV and your negative test proves you are not infected. Why are you asking this question?
Then I suggest you post on the Anxiety forum or find a therapist. This forum provides assessment of risk factors (which you have ZERO) and provides input on testing recommendations (which you don't need because you had ZERO exposure).
Hi - you have been advised by multiple members of this forum that you did not have a risk for HIV and did not need testing.  This forum cannot address anxiety issues, but we suggest reaching out to a counselor if you are not able to get past your fear of this no-risk event.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had ZERO RISK for HIV.  No one has ever been infected with HIV from receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.  You did not need any tests, and you definitely do not need any more tests.  Forget about this event and move on.
