Is it hiv symptoms or something else I'm terrified

On Sunday 16 February I had sex with a prostitute i was using a candom but later I found out that the condom broke
Next day I had a dry cough and feeling tired dry mouth also
For the next 5 days I was in a terrible condition continously thinking about it I can hardly sleep
On the 6th day I can feel 2 small lymph nodes on my neck "left side"
Today is 10 days I feel itchy on my body i'm still very anxious and stressful
I can hardly sleep
My question is can hiv symptoms appear in 10 days after exposure if no what can cause dry cough after 1 day of exposure

You probably caught a cold if you have anything at all.
You may be over examining your body which can cause you to imagine there are things happening which aren't, but docs don't diagnose from symptoms, so there is no reason you should try to study your body.
You can take a duo after 28 days for a conclusive result. Try to relax and wait for the test results.
Did she supply the condom and require you to use it?

She did.
I live in fear 24hours a day and I can't think of anything else
Is it possible to show symptoms this early?
Those are not symptoms of HIV.  Those are symptoms of anxiety, if anything.
She is just about guaranteed to be negative because you can't get hiv when you use a condom. She knows that, and so she protects herself by paying money out of her pocket to maintain that negative status. If positive she wouldn't waste money on condoms, so you might be able to relax if you keep that in mind whenever you worry that your body has changed.
You said you later found out the condom broke. I'm unclear what you mean by this, did you find out from her or notice it yourself?
