Is it possible to get HIV

I had protected vaginal sex with a lady and I woke up with a white discharge after 2 days for which I am taking treatment for. I am scared that the fact that I got an STD from her means that she also infected me with HIV. I do not know how I got the STD as the sex was protected all the time and the condom never broke at all. I am also not sure whether the presence of the STD prior to having the sex will increase the chances of catching HIV as my penis was sore before the sex. Thanks

You never had an exposure.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

As long as you had protected intercourse,  you can be rest assured.
