Sudden pain

Hi
Recently I went to store I have sudden pain on my hand ...with no blood and any injury I only felt pain for 30 sec...iam thinking weather some one poke me with syringe..iam really worried..after one month iam having small bumps ..Is there any risk associated with this scenario..please consider this issue I really have hiv anxiety

Your fears are all similar and what we call irrational fears. You don't get HIV from objects or needle pokes. This has already been explained to you.  HIV is only transmitted from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles (not a needle poke, injection needles).  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  A lot of times when someone has an abundance of irrational HIV fears and a phobia of it, it is mental health related.  Anxiety can make a person worry over things even when facts are presented to contradict the worry.  The fact is that the types of things you keep asking us about will NOT result in HIV transmission. But since you are still worried, I would look for some mental health resources.  Therapy can be done online now making it more available to everyone.  I would consider this to get over this irrational fear.
